Welcome to Kisan Door Step! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kisan Door Step website, mobile application, and grocery and vegetable delivery services (collectively, the "Platform").
Kisan Door Step is a brand name owned and operated by Enacute Solutions India Private Limited ("Enacute," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Enacute owns, develops, and operates the Platform in its entirety — including the technology infrastructure, the "Kisan Door Step" brand, and the commercial grocery delivery service offered to customers in Pune, Maharashtra.
Order sourcing and last-mile delivery are carried out on Enacute's behalf by its delivery fulfillment vendor(s) ("Fulfillment Vendor"), operating under Enacute's instruction and quality standards.
By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you ("User," "Customer," or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place orders.
- Services are exclusively intended for users in Pune and surrounding regions.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Delivery
- Product Availability: Subject to availability; Enacute reserves the right to limit or cancel items if stock is depleted.
- Pricing: Displayed on the Platform, subject to change without notice.
- Delivery: Fulfilled by Enacute's Fulfillment Vendor to the address specified. Delivery times are estimates; Enacute shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payments
- All payments are processed by Enacute through its integrated, RBI-authorized third-party payment gateway partners.
- Enacute does not store complete credit card or UPI PIN data on its servers.
- By submitting payment details, you warrant you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
- Platform Ownership: All software, application architecture, design, source code, trademarks (including "Kisan Door Step"), and brand assets are owned by Enacute Solutions India Private Limited.
- Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial grocery shopping. You must not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
- Enacute's Responsibility: Enacute is responsible for the Platform, order processing, payments, and overall customer relationship.
- Fulfillment Vendor: Physical delivery is carried out by Enacute's Fulfillment Vendor under Enacute's direction. Enacute remains responsible to you for the quality and timeliness of fulfillment; operational issues should be raised with Enacute customer support in the first instance.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enacute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
8. Changes to Terms
Enacute may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
