Kisan Door Step services are exclusively intended for users in Pune and surrounding regions, India.

1. Data Roles & Legal Standing

Under the provisions of the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable IT Rules:

Data Fiduciary: Enacute Solutions India Private Limited is the sole Data Fiduciary for all personal data collected through the Kisan Door Step Platform. Enacute determines the purpose and means of collecting and processing your personal data to operate the Platform and fulfil your grocery orders.
Delivery Fulfillment Vendor: Order sourcing and last-mile delivery are carried out by Kisan Door Step's delivery fulfillment vendor(s) ("Fulfillment Vendor"), acting on Enacute's instructions and strictly for the purpose of delivering your order. The Fulfillment Vendor does not independently determine the purpose or means of processing your personal data and holds no Data Fiduciary status.

Account Information: Name, email address, mobile phone number, and delivery address(es).
Order Information: Details about the groceries and vegetables you purchase, order history, and delivery instructions.

Payment Gateway Partners: Enacute's payment gateway integration partners (RBI-authorized Payment Aggregators) to process transactions. Enacute does not store your complete card or UPI PIN details.

Fulfillment Vendor: Your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details are shared with our delivery Fulfillment Vendor solely to complete delivery of your order, under Enacute's instruction and control.
