Cancellation Policy

Kisan Door Step is a brand operated by Enacute Solutions India Private Limited ("Enacute"). We aim to provide the freshest vegetables, fruits, and groceries in Pune, with a straightforward cancellation process.

1. Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order anytime before 9:00 PM (End of Day) on the day you placed the order.

2. After the Cutoff

Once the 9:00 PM cutoff passes, processing, packing, and dispatch begin immediately. Cancellations will not be accepted after 9:00 PM.

3. How to Cancel

• App/Website: Cancel directly through your account.
• Customer Support: Contact Enacute customer support before the cutoff.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If cancelled before the 9:00 PM cutoff, a full refund is initiated by Enacute to your original payment method. Allow 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank and Enacute's payment gateway partners.
