Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy

This policy outlines the ownership, permitted use, and protection of content, software, and branding on the Kisan Door Step website and mobile application (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Enacute Solutions India Private Limited ("Enacute").

1. Ownership of Platform, Brand, and Media (Enacute Solutions)

Sole Ownership: All software code, system architecture, database design, algorithms, user interface layouts, the "Kisan Door Step" name, logos, service marks, brand identity, and original product/operational photography are the exclusive intellectual property of Enacute Solutions India Private Limited.
Licensed Content: Any stock imagery, graphics, or third-party digital assets integrated into the Platform's design have been legally licensed by Enacute for use on the Platform.
Strict Prohibition: Users, competitors, and third parties are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, copying, scraping, or extracting the source code, structural design, or branding of the Platform.
Unauthorized Use: You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute any Kisan Door Step branding or product imagery for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Enacute.

2. Fulfillment Vendor

Enacute's delivery Fulfillment Vendor operates under Enacute's instruction and branding and holds no independent intellectual property rights in the Platform, the "Kisan Door Step" brand, or related assets.

3. User-Generated Content and External Reviews

The Platform does not currently host internal User-Generated Content (customer photos, direct reviews).
Customers are encouraged to leave feedback on third-party public platforms (e.g., Google Reviews). Any commentary regarding grocery quality, delivery, or service should be directed to Enacute as the operator of the Kisan Door Step Platform.

4. Copyright Infringement Claims

To file a takedown request, provide:

Signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Identification of the copyrighted work.
Identification and location of the infringing material on the Platform.
Your contact information.
A good-faith statement that use is unauthorized.
